We separate ourselves from other builders in two major areas. The first area is the quoting process. We provide fully transparent cost estimates and will review them in detail with you. You will see extensive cost breakdowns for every phase of your build, material and labor. This includes right down to the linear feet of casing and base moulding that will be installed in your home. Detailed cost estimates at this stage prevent those unwanted surprises later. We have heard all of the horror stories of builds gone wrong, and we believe in our approach, as do our clients. This allows you to see where you may be able to save costs by altering product choices, or maybe even upgrade an area of your home if there is room left in the budget. A fine tuned cost estimate is paramount to the success of your build.

The second area we separate ourselves from other builders is our attention to detail and onsite management. As working general contractors we are not only managing the completion of your home, we are personally building phases of your home. We are on site, tools in hand, crafting your project. This allows us to oversee the build with precision. We are not only managing subcontractors from an office, we are managing from the site.
